Islami Bank holds branch managers' conference

The third Quarterly Branch Managers' Conference of Bogra Zone of Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd (IBBL) was held at the Islami Bank Plaza in Bogra recently.
M Farid Uddin Ahmad, deputy executive president of the operations wing of the bank, was present as the chief guest while Abdul Kader, executive vice president (EVP) and head of Bogra Zone, presided over the conference.
Speaking on the occasion, Farid Ahmad called upon the managers to work hard, improve efficiency and develop customer services to fulfil the targets of deposit mobilisation, investment disbursement and earning of profit.
He advised them to familiarise the clients of the bank with its terminologies for involving them in Islamic banking.
He also called upon the managers to acquire more knowledge and emphasised the need for performing their duties as a mission.
