Teletalk expands SMS facility to other operators

Teletalk Bangladesh Ltd expanded its SMS (Short Messaging Service) programme to the subscribers of
other operators from Wednesday. Under this programme, mobile subscribers of AKTEL, CityCell,
Banglalink and Teletalk could communicate among themselves through sending and receiving text
messages. A Teletalk subscriber would have to pay Tk 1.0 per SMS, sources said, adding that subscribers of
the three operators could also avail the opportunity. They added that SMS facility with the GrameenPhone
would also be available soon. - BDNEWS
