Kurigram emerge as zonal champs

KURIGRAM, Dec 29 (BDNEWS): Kurigram became zonal champions and moved to the final round of the JFA Cup Under-16 Football Tournament defeating BKSP 1-0 at the Kurigram Stadium Thursday.
Hasanur Rahman of the winners netted all-important goal in the 44th minute.
Shankar of the winners was adjudged as the best player.
Deputy Minister of Relief and Disaster Management Ministry Asadul Habib Dulu distributed prizes among the winners as the chief guest.
Earlier, Gaibandha, Ranghamati, Satkhira, Tangail, Dhaka and Bagerhat moved to the final round becoming zonal champion in their respective zones.
